  1. How to configure your Email Client?

    1. Open your Outlook Express (Email Client).




    2. In the Tools menu, click on the 'Accounts' tab.




    3. The Internet Accounts window will pop up.
    4. Click on the Mail tab.




    5. Go to Add, then click on 'Mail'.




    6. When this window pops up, type in the name you wish to display in your e-mail. Then, click on 'Next'.




    7. Type in your e-mail address, and then click on 'Next'.







    8. Type in the POP and SMTP Server information. Then click on 'Next'.
      POP SERVER: pop.yourdomain.com
      SMTP SERVER: smtp.yourdomain.com




    9. Type in your username and password. If you want your password to be remembered by the computer, check 'Remember Password'.
      Username: username@domain.com
      Password: yourpassword




    10. Click on 'Finish'.




    11. Another window will pop up. You will see the account you have just created. Clicking on 'Properties' will let you change your e-mail configuration.




    NOTE
      The way you set up your pop accounts will depend on the E-mail Client you are using.

      The basic mail server preferences that you need to remember are:

      Your POP3 (incoming mail) server is: pop.yourdomain.com

      Your SMTP (outgoing mail) server is: smtp.yourdomain.com

      Your username and password are the username and password you used in your primary e-mail account.

      For Eudora Mail users:

      Use the following to setup your POP3 account:
      username@yourdomain.com
