1. How can I change my Trial account to a registered one?

You may change your test account to a full registered one by going to the "Billing Management" category in the Control Panel and selecting "Add Credit Card". Enter your credit card information and select "Update". If you are registering or transferring a domain name to us, as soon as your credit card information is verified, we will send out the registration or transfer request on your behalf.

2. How can I change my paying credit card?

You may change your paying credit card by going to the "Billing Management" category in the Control Panel and selecting "Change Paying Credit Card". Enter your new credit card information and click "Update".

Domain registration is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Thus, if someone has already taken your domain name, then you must either choose another, or you may wish to contact the owner of the domain name you would like to use to see if he/she has any plans to sell it.
